Floral Jelly Course

Preparation of milk and gelatin jelly water (transparent).

Intermediate
Content:
Types encapsulated; horizontal, vertical, and 3-D.
Technique for decorating.

Advanced
Content:
Dimensional gelatin.
Technique applying artificially flavored gelatin water and milk.
Technique for 3-D using a spatula.

Expert
Content:
Techniques of using fruit in gelatin without hindering the thickening process of the gelatin.
Gelatin aquarium using milk essences and the use of fish shaped molds.
